NUO's whole pitch fits in four words: Bed. Bath. Breakfast. Broadband. That is the stated concept of jüSTa's modern city-hotel brand, and its Delhi outpost at C-22, Greater Kailash-1 delivers it with more design flair than the slogan suggests. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi covers every room and public area, which settles the fourth B, and the address does the heavy lifting: the site claims 60 seconds to GK's M Block market, one of South Delhi's best shopping and eating streets.

Twenty-seven rooms, nothing wasted

The hotel has run since 2019 with 27 rooms, and the design inside is confident: cork-panelled walls, platform beds with storage built into the frame, a proper work station and a 49-inch flat screen in every room. The jüSTa booking page lists two categories, Superior Room and Premium Room, both with a king bed for two in 240 sq ft; the hotel's own site also names a Classic Room, so treat the labels loosely and pick on price rather than size. This is not a hotel for sprawling; it is a hotel for arriving, working, eating well and sleeping properly, which is precisely the brief it sets itself.

The sustainability line is more than decoration. The hotel says it has eliminated single-use plastic, trims laundry cycles, and sources all its kitchen ingredients within a 100 km radius.

Jigsaw, and the neighbourhood

Jigsaw, the in-house restaurant, mixes cafe and bar in one spacious room, with North Indian and continental cooking; the brand page adds a rooftop bar with city views. But in Greater Kailash you should also eat out: the M Block market is on the doorstep, and Hauz Khas Village, Lotus Temple and Qutub Minar are all within easy reach. IGI Airport is about a 20-minute drive, New Delhi station roughly 12 km, with free secure parking if you drive yourself. For a business trip or a South Delhi wedding weekend, we think this is one of the sharpest-value smart stays in the city.
