Got an AI itinerary? We'll price it.

Paste the India plan ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity gave you. A person reads it, picks hotels we know and have rates for, adds a car and driver where the plan needs one, and sends it back with one total, taxes in.

  • You getNamed hotels with the room type, a car and driver with the hours, and the price per person. Land only, no flights.
  • We sayIf a day is overloaded, a train doesn't run on that weekday, or a fort is shut, we tell you and suggest the fix.
  • It costsNothing for the quote. Book with us or take the numbers away, that's fine.

What AI itineraries get wrong about India

Facts checked 13 September 2026. The plan you paste usually has at least one of these in it.

  • Closed days. The Taj Mahal is shut on Fridays. The Red Fort in Delhi is open daily again since February 2026, so older advice to skip Mondays is out of date.
  • Trains that don't run that day. The Gatimaan Express to Agra has no Friday service. The Vande Bharat to Agra has no Monday service. Plans built around "the fast train" often land on the wrong weekday.
  • Too much in a day. Delhi, Agra and Jaipur in three days means two 5am starts and a long road on day three. It can be done. It is not a holiday.
  • The car. A car and driver in India is sold as 8 hours and 80 km a day. A "quick detour" to a stepwell or a second fort is extra, paid locally. We price the car to the plan, not to the day.
  • Tax. Rooms up to ₹7,500 a night carry 5% GST, above that 18%, and a packaged trip carries 5% on top. AI tools quote hotel rack rates without it.
  • Hotels that exist on paper. AI tools name properties that have closed, changed hands, or only sell through overseas agents. We only price hotels we hold rates for.

What an India itinerary costs

Our own short trips, a hand-picked hotel plus what you do there, run from ₹7,999 to about ₹50,000 per person, taxes in, as of September 2026. Most sit between ₹9,000 and ₹24,000. A pasted plan prices out along the same lines: the hotel tier you pick decides most of it, the car and trains decide the rest. Land only, flights not included. Questions

Can ChatGPT plan a trip to India?
Yes, for the shape of the trip: which cities, in what order, roughly how long. What it cannot do is book a heritage hotel, arrange a car and driver, or check that a monument or train is running on the day you arrive. Paste the plan here and a person does that part.
What do AI itineraries get wrong about India?
The usual errors, checked September 2026: the Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays; the Gatimaan Express to Agra does not run on Fridays and the Vande Bharat does not run on Mondays; the Red Fort in Delhi is open daily again since February 2026, so old advice to avoid Mondays is out of date; Delhi, Agra and Jaipur in three days means two 5am starts; a car and driver is sold as 8 hours and 80 km a day, so a quick detour costs extra; and hotel tax is 5% on rooms up to 7,500 rupees a night and 18% above that, which AI tools rarely add.
How much does an India itinerary cost per day?
Our own short trips, a hand-picked hotel plus what you do there, run from 7,999 rupees to about 50,000 rupees per person, taxes in, as of September 2026, with most between 9,000 and 24,000 rupees. Land only, flights not included.
Do you charge for pricing an itinerary?
No. The quote is free and you can take the numbers away. If you book, you book with us and we deliver the trip through our own hotels and drivers.
Do you price flights?
No. We price hotels, cars and drivers, trains and guides inside India. Book flights yourself; we work around them.
