The retreat runs Ayurveda, yoga and meditation programmes, from general rejuvenation to sleep, gut and chronic pain work. Those are booked separately and by length of stay, so tell us what you are after and we will quote it with your dates.
Delhi is about three and a half hours by road; Dehradun (DED) is the nearest airport.
