Forty acres of working farm on the edge of the Thar, forty-five minutes from Jodhpur airport. Ten cottages stand out in the fields, each named for a raga, and around eighty varieties of fruit and vegetable grow between them without chemicals. TIME put the place on its World's Greatest Places list this year, and the Michelin Guide gave it One Key in its 2026 selection.
Paeru is the reason to come, and it is the one thing the farm will not sell inside a meal plan. Nine courses, pre-plated, served in the guava orchard, built from whatever was picked that day. Our price carries it for both of you, with two nights in a raga cottage and breakfast each morning.
