  • ✦The farm itself: Around eighty varieties of chemical-free produce, a temperature-controlled pool, and the orchard to walk in before dinner.
What you'll do
  • Paeru: Culinary Trail Nine courses, pre-plated, served in the open-to-sky guava orchard and built from what the farm picked that day. The menu is not published beforehand. Around two and a quarter hours at the table.
