Eighteen stone cabins, bungalows and duplex villas set among the boulders of the Aravallis, a two-minute drive from Gate 2 of Sariska Tiger Reserve. The seven hectares they stand on were bare scrub in 2009. Everything green here was planted since, which is why the birds came back.
Our price carries a private jeep into the park, three and a half hours on one of four routes across eight hundred square kilometres, with the permit and the Forest Department vehicle inside the figure. The camp books it for you rather than running it themselves, so it goes on the Forest Department's availability. Breakfast is in the rate. The camp cooks the rest to order, so lunch and dinner are yours to choose.

Breakfast each morning. Taken on the terrace when the weather is kind.
Seven hectares of replanted forest. Bare scrub in 2009, and the reason the birding on the grounds is worth an early hour.

The park, the gates and the fees
Sariska Tiger Reserve is in Rajasthan. Gates, opening season and zone allocation are on the Sariska page, and the permit, jeep and guide fees every Rajasthan visitor pays are set out in what a safari costs. Our price already carries the drive.
Good to know
Sariska closes to afternoon safaris every Wednesday. A three-night stay is more likely to span one than a two-night stay was, so we check your dates against it before you book.
