The Kin

The Kin was built by siblings as a hospitality experience that stays close to the comfort of home, on Veer Savarkar Marg off Cadell Road at Shivaji Park in Mumbai.

It celebrates individuality to the point that every room is designed differently, on the reasoning that in any home no two days are the same. Fifteen different experiences run through the day, from yoga and high intensity training at sunrise, through salt baths in terrazzo tubs at noon, to cocktail hour by sunset.

Downstairs is Terttulia, the in house modern European restaurant that regulars shorten to Tert, running from comfort food and fresh salads to meal bowls and grills. It is full of natural light by day and good to work from, and it opens from eight in the morning until half past one at night, with room service until two. In the evening the space turns into a bar with a resident DJ and local musicians on event nights.
